I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?
Usually, the whole returns process should take around 14 days. The refund is sent after the returned items reach our warehouse and pass through inspection to make sure that their condition matches the return policy.
How will I get my refund?
The paid amount will be refunded as store credit in your etmana account. You can transfer the store credit to your bank account in one of the following ways:
In case of paying through credit/debit card?
Once the inspection of your returned item(s) is completed and were found eligible for a refund; a refund will be processed to the same card that you originally used while purchasing your order. This will take 7 - 14 working days to reach your bank account.
In case of paying cash on delivery:

What is store credit?
If you had a refund that was processed to your etmana store credit, you can use it in placing a new order.
You can know the amount of your store credit by clicking on “store credit” after logging in and clicking on “my account”.
